James is the lucky owner of a new luxurious house that boasts four spacious bedrooms, eight bathrooms, seven cozy fireplaces, a state-of-the-art viewing room, a lit tennis court, and a pool house with two extra bathrooms. The stunning estate is located in Beverly Hills and was initially listed for $39 million on the internet. However, it remains unknown how much the 35-year-old basketball icon paid for this paradise.
Back in 1934, a house was constructed on a hill that spans 2.5 acres of land. The property boasts an amazing view of downtown Los Angeles, the ocean, and the Santa Monica Mountains. To enter the property, one must pass through a lengthy driveway that takes you to a motor court and patio. This magnificent estate belonged to Lee Phillip Bell who became famous for his outstanding contribution to the soap opera industry. Both The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful were among his long-standing creations.
The house boasts an impressive amount of living space, with a total of 9,146 square feet alongside four spacious bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Additionally, two bedrooms offer plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. Recently, a sports writer called Darren Rovell shared photos of the property on Twitter, revealing stunning skylights, indoor fountains, and glass sliders that showcase breath-taking views of the city. Although this new property is certainly impressive, it’s not the only home that James owns in Brentwood. In fact, he already owns two other properties in the area, including a luxurious two-story mansion which he purchased for $23 million prior to joining the Los Angeles Lakers in 2018. This property features eight bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, a lift, a home theatre, a wine cellar, and even a designated cigar room. In addition to this, James also owns a beautiful 9,440-square-foot property boasting six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a formal dining room, a pool, cabana, and deck. Clearly, James has a taste for luxury when it comes to his properties in Brentwood!
The team’s star player, who has been named the League’s Most Valuable Player four times, helped lead his team to first place in the western conference. The Lakers will be facing off against the Portland Trail Blazers in the playoffs, which marks the first time they have made it to the postseason since Kobe Bryant was leading the team back in 2012-2013. With three NBA championships already under his belt, James has also made 15 All-Star teams and currently holds the third spot on the NBA’s all-time top scorers list. His ultimate goal is to bring an NBA championship back to Los Angeles, something that hasn’t happened since 2010.
Malik Beasley of the Lakers sends a message to the entire NBA after sweeping the WCF. Unfortunately, the Lakers’ playoff journey ended after losing Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals to the Denver Nuggets with a score of 113-111. Despite winning their previous two series without home court advantage, the Lakers failed to advance further in the playoffs.
This is a great tale of a team that started off the season with a losing record but managed to turn things around thanks to some key moves made at the trade deadline. While there has been speculation about the possibility of LeBron James joining the team, at least one Lakers player believes that the current roster is capable of winning a championship. According to Jovan Buha of The Athletic, Malik Beasley was acquired by the Lakers during the trade deadline. After completing a full training camp with the team, Beasley feels confident that they have what it takes to go all the way. Beasley, along with Jarred Vanderbilt and D’Angelo Russell, was traded to the Lakers as part of a three-team deal. Following the All-Star break, the Lakers went on a 16-7 run that propelled them up the standings and secured their spot in the play-in game. If this group of players had been together for the entire season, it’s possible that their record would have been even better, and they may have finished higher in the Western Conference standings. Since joining the Lakers, Beasley has averaged 11.1 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game. He has made 39.2% of his field goals, 35.3% of his three-pointers, and 61.9% of his free throws. Although the Lakers were counting on Beasley to be a reliable shooter, he struggled with his shot and ultimately lost his starting position. As a result, he did not see any playing time during the NBA Playoffs.
